🔹 What do I need to bring to my notary appointment?
You must bring a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license, passport, state ID). The name on your ID must match the name on the document.
🔹 Do I need to fill out my document before the notary arrives?
You may fill in non-signature fields ahead of time, but do not sign the document until the notary is present. The notary must witness your signature.
🔹 What types of documents do you notarize?

🔹 Can you come to my location?
Yes! We are a mobile notary service. We travel to homes, hospitals, jails, offices, title companies, and more throughout Longview, TX and surrounding areas.
🔹 How much does notarization cost?
Our base rates start at $10 per signature, with additional travel fees depending on distance. Some services (e.g., loan signings) have flat-rate packages.

🔹 Can I schedule a same-day appointment?
Yes, same-day and emergency appointments are available based on availability. Call or text us at 903-399-7798 to check open slots.
🔹 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards (via Square), Zelle, and PayPal.
Full payment or deposit is due at time of service.
🔹 What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand plans change! Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged $25.
🔹 Do you provide witnesses?
Yes, witness services are available for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you need us to bring witnesses.
🔹 Can you notarize for someone in jail or the hospital?
Yes. We provide jail and hospital notarization services. Please provide full location details and booking information when scheduling.

Absolutely. We maintain strict client confidentiality and comply with all Texas notarial laws and privacy standards.
